una proyección especial que muestra la intersección de fotografía y películas. El programa presenta una selección de películas narrativas, experimentales y de animación que propone una diversa e innovadora forma en la que los FileMaker incorporan elementos fofográficos en su trabajo.
apertura Institute ha sido fundado por FileMaker que buscan crear una cultura centrada en el juego y la experimentación. Quieren subvertir el actual modelo neoliberal de mercado y competencia como la única vía para el éxito. Quieren crear una cultura que soporta, comparte los recursos, alimenta la colaboración y proporciona un lugar de distribución y discusión libre.

It’s a special screening showcasing the intersection of photography and film. The program will feature a curated selection of narrative, experimental and animation films showcasing the diverse and innovative ways that filmmakers incorporate photographic elements into their work.
Apertura Institute is founded by artist filmmakers who are looking to create a culture centred in experimentation and play. Due to the current state of the art and film worlds, we want to subvert the neoliberal model of marketability and competition as the only routes to success. We want to focus on creating a culture that is supportive, shares resources, nurtures collaboration and can provide an environment to distribute and discuss work freely.
